It's been a while. But what are you going to do. Here we are at the camel market in an other city. We went to visit some friends and we are so glad we did! The meat was SO good. Come visit and we'll take ya!
Here is a better shot of the meat. I know what you're thinking...why would someone eat that? All we have to say is: "don't knock it til you've tried it."

Caleb did a project in 1st grade about camels. We learned all sorts of interesting things about them. I will never see them in the same light again. Good to know the meat is actually tasty. I wondered. (But not for very long, though.)
Last I checked, it was illegal to shoot a camel in AZ.
