I speaked the Arabic real good Ma!
Jenn and I were just looking through our blog and noticing that we have lots of posts of food. We love food. That isn't the only thing we do all day. We are learning Arabic too. I (Kevin), go 5 days a week to class. Jenn is going 3 days a week and meeting with a language helper 2 times a week. Just like in the states, Jenn is far superior to me in school. Below is a sample of our work so you can see what we are up to. Jenn's work is on the right, and Kevin's work is on the left.

reading and writing is my favorite part of language learning! not trying to be prideful or anything, but i think i may be the best writer of our little group :) hahaha...but seriously, i practice all the time. it's the only thing i've got going for me!

Hmmm, I read stuff that looks like that all the time - I just thought my students didn't write English well. Who knew they were actually writing in Arabic?
